Pakistan facing polio on rise

Polio cases are on the rise in upper parts of the country however many sporadic incidents have been reported too.

The antipolio campaign goes vigorously and people are getting drops to their children. Still much more has to be done especially by the society, government and non government agencies on water front ensuring safe drinking water and cleanliness. Sanitation is a big issue in every big and small town and village in Pakistan. Polio has a direct relationship with clean water and sanitation system.
