A raw agent who confessed and was awarded capital punishment in charges of spying in Pakistan, will face the fate as the international court at The Hague will pronounce its verdict today (Wednesday, July 17, 2019). It is going to be another debacle for India and its state organisation spying RAW network always attempted to destabilise Pakistan.
The International Court of Justice (ICJ) is likely to reject India’s plea to release Kulbushan Jadhav, an Indian spy who was arrested in 2016 and sentenced to death by a Pakistani military court for carrying out acts of terror in Balochistan and Karachi.
It was all havoc went around in the provinces of Balochistan and Sindh where a series of terrorist attacks in innumerable cases were reported and Indian naval officer, agent of RAW confessed his lead role in terrorist activities and his act of sponsoring fatal incidents where scores of injured, died and properties were lost.
The military spies of Pakistan in a heroic struggle finally got nabbed this agent living in Pakistan in disguise, named as Mubarak Hussein.
The judgment of the ICJ in Jadhav’s case will be read in open court today at 6pm PST at the Peace Place in The Hague.
Pakistan’s legal team, headed by Attorney General for Pakistan Anwar Mansoor Khan has already reached Netherlands.
