US, Iran, China conflict: CPEC is target?

Analysis –  Prof Dr Abdul Jabbar Khan (Islamabad)

The strong presence of China in the South Asia,  Central Asia and the North Eastern Africa are the potential challenges that US and her allies could see in the background of strong billions of dollar investment in One Belt One Road gigantic project, the World could ever see.

In case of Pakistan alone Chinese investment and economic joint ventures, peace and defence collaborations are the potential ‘threats’ to the US, one could believe or dispel the impres

sion however it goes very strong in the power corridors of the Capitol Hill.  Nevertheless the conflict in the region wherein Kingdom of Saudi Arabia alleges that the

Yemen rebels, Houthis have allegedly attacked the oil tankers as well as its missile were targeting the Holy Mecca, are the allegations or facts, non of the OIC or other international organisations have considered the question for a fair and impartial investigations. Given this scenario the allegation against Saddam Hussain, the assassinated President of Iraq was proven to be total sarcastic and nothing was substantiated by the West, however the Weapons of Mass Destruction were not found in any place in Iraq.  Identical situation arises this time where Houthis/ Yemen, Iran, Saudi Arabia and the US (Israel) are the characters and may lead to a more destructive and disastrous scene in the Gulf and Middle East.
