بھارت سیلابی پانی کی بروقت اطلاع نہیں دے رہا، انڈس واٹر کمشنر
لاہور(این اے) کشمیر پر عالمی قوانین کی سنگین خلاف ورزی کے بعد بھارت نے سندھ طاس معاہدہ کی بھی کھلی خلاف ورزی شروع کر تے ہوئے وولر بیراج لوئر کلنائی ہائیڈرو پاور پراجیکٹ اور کشن گنگا ہائیڈرو پاور پراجیکٹ کی نہ صرف معائنے کی اجازت نہیں دے رہے بلکہ سیلابی پانی کی اطلاعات بھی بروقت فراہم نہیں کی جارہی۔
انڈس واٹر کمشنر سید مہر علی شاہ نے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ بھارت کھلم کھلا سندھ طاس معاہدہ کی خلاف ورزی کر رہا ھے۔ پاکستان متنازعہ ہائیڈرو پاور پراجیکٹ جن میں کشن گنگا لوئر کلنائی ہائیڈرو پاور اور وولر پاور پراجیکٹ کی انسپکشن کے لیے بھارت کو کئی بار تحریری طور پر اور انڈس واٹر کمشنر کی ایک درجن سے زائد میٹنگ میں بھی درخواست کر چکے ہیں اور یہ سلسلہ 2014 ء سے شروع ہے۔ بھارت کبھی سکیورٹی کا ایشو تو کبھی انتخابات کا بہانہ بنا کر تاخیر ی ہربے استعمال کر رہا ھے۔
انہوں نے بتایا کہ یکم جولائی سے دس اکتوبر تک سیلابی پانی کی اطلاعات دینے کا پابند ہے مگر بھارت اس کی بھی خلاف ورزی کرتے ہوئے ڈیٹا فراہم نہیں کر رہا ، اس سلسلے میں وفاقی حکومت اور وزارت خارجہ کو مکمل آگاہ کر دیا گیا ہے۔
