واشنگٹن(ویب ڈیسک) امریکہ نے مقبوضہ وادی کشمیر میں ہونے والی گرفتاریوں اور نظربندیوں پر اظہار تشویش کرتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ بھارت اٹھائے جانے والے اقدام کو اپنا اندرونی معاملہ قرار دے رہا ہے لیکن امریکہ جموں و کشمیر کی خصوصی حیثیت بدلنے سے متعلق تمام امور کا جائزہ لے رہا ہے۔
عالمی خبررساں ایجنسی کے مطابق امریکہ کے محکمہ خارجہ کی ترجمان مورگن اورٹیگس نے جاری بیان میں کہا ہے کہ ایل او سی پر فریقین امن و استحکام برقرار رکھیں۔
امریکی محکمہ خارجہ کی ترجمان نے بھارت پر زور دیا کہ وہ مقبوضہ کشمیر میں انسانی حقوق کے احترام کو یقینی بنائے۔
بھارت نے ملکلی آئین کی شق 370 کے تحت مقبوضہ وادی چنار کو حاصل خصوصی حیثیت ختم کردی ہے جس کے بعد اب مقبوضہ کشمیر ریاست نہیں کہلائے گی۔
بھارتی آئین کی شق 370 کے تحت مقبوضہ وادی کو اپنا آئین بنانے اور اسے برقرار رکھنے کی آزادی حاصل تھی۔ مودی سرکار نے یہ انتہائی اقدام اٹھانے سے قبل پوری وادی میں غیر معینہ مدت کے لیے کرفیو کے نفاذ کا اعلان کرنے کے ساتھ ساتھ علاقے کے تمام مواصلاتی رابطے منقطع کردیے ہیں اور مزید فوج بھی متعین کردی ہے۔
مقبوضہ وادی کشمیر میں موجود تمام سیاسی قائدین گرفتار یا نظربند ہیں۔
